WE LOVE: Kalologie Skincare

WE LOVE: Kalologie Skincare

Several month’s ago, Tracy Brennan, the gorgeous founder of Kalologie, LA’s hot-spot skincare destination, sent me a package of her new skincare regimen developed with the famous clinic’s comprehensive approach to skin wellness in mind.

Being a skin care junkie, I was thrilled to test out the new range. It’s no secret that I’m a fan of the clinic & beauty boutique—and knowing Tracy’s passion for quality products—I had little doubt that these beautifully packaged gems would be everything they claimed to be.

True to it’s holistic and thoughtful approach to beauty, I was happy to see all Kalologie products were dermatologically-tested, of medical grade, and free of all questionable ingredients including parbens, sulfates, and artificial colors and fragrances. That being said, the products were beautifully, but lightly fragrant…the scent coming from the natural ingredients used in the formulas.

Newly added to my daily regimen…

Purify Daily Wash - a beautiful, gentle soothing cleanser that uses yucca as an antibacterial agent. This wash makes my skin smooth and silky clean without drying out my skin.

Emerge Exfoliating Serum - My new favorite product. Having active skin, I’m always battling clogged pores and blemishes. The AHA’s in Emerge help resurface my skin and clean out my pores resulting in the appearance of smaller pore size and a really healthy glow.

Balance Moisturizing Lotion - Smells so good. Lavender, Patchouli, and Jasmine give this ultra lightweight lotion it’s gorgeous fragrance, but they are also good for your skin, providing both healing and hydrating properties. The fast absorbing formula keeps my skin hydrated while detoxifying acids reduce the production of pore-clogging sebum (my arch nemesis). I love it!

I can say I’m truly impressed with Kalologie’s new skincare range, and I’m looking forward to trying some other products. To purchase Kalologie products, stop by one of their beautiful boutiques in the L.A. area, or check out Kalologie.com.

I like that you said "appearance of smaller pore size," since most women think pores shrink and...they just don't. And looking at the website, I'm damn impressed. Anything that can slow down oil production in the skin sounds good to me. http://thepuffreports.blogspot.com/
