Rumor Has It

Wherefore art thou, Juliette?

Rock meets romance in the new fragrance collection, Juliette Has A Gun. Shakespearian inspired, the fragrances are five unique takes on the rose, the thorny, yet fragile beauty.

Juliette Has A Gun creator is none other than Romano Ricci, the great grandson of legendary couture designer, Nina Ricci. The young creative hired perfume master Francis Kurkdjian, the brilliant creator of classic scents for Dior, Lanvin, Acqua Di Parma, and Davidoff...just to name a few.

The duo have created two of the five fragrances. "Lady Vengeance" combines Italian rose, vanilla and patchouli. "Miss Charming" combines Moroccan rose, lychee and strawberry.

At this moment Juliette is only available in Europe. It's been a huge hit at Parisian Uper-Hip Hot Spot, Colette, where it launched this year. But we've heard a rumour. A little bird tells us that Romano's fragrant debut will make it's way to the States in one of our favorite NYC stores, Henri Bendel. We can't wait until Mr. Ricci launches the full collection. Check back for a full review of the fragrances.

Call Henri Bendel in NYC at (212) 247-1100 to get on the waiting list. Romeo should have been this patient.

Wow. Cool packaging. The fragrance sounds delish too. It would look so good in my bathroom. Snap! Another must-have.

Want it. Need it. Have to have it. If for no other reason than the packaging alone. So cute.
