McQueen of the Nile: MAC for McQueen

It’s no secret that fashion’s “enfant terrible” is a brilliant creative. After spending years designing couture for Givenchy and building his own fashion label, Alexander McQueen and McQ, and launching his famous fragrances, the British bad-boy of design is dipping his toes into color.

At last fall runway shows, the makeup at Alexander Mcqueen was dramatic and eye-catching as usual. Crafted by the phenomenal Charolette Tilbury, the make-up was inspired by Cleopatra. The eyes were the real stars of the show. Graphic, bold, and stunning. In colors of blues and greens, Charolette said Alexander knew exactly what he wanted.

Well, lucky for us, MAC is releasing the 16 piece collection of colors that were made specifically for his show. Hit the MAC counters mid October. These items are sure to sell out in a flash.
